MBSR stands for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

It is an 8-week intensive class that is designed to overhaul the way you relate to daily stress. During the eight weeks of the MBSR program, participants are given the tools necessary to create personal lifestyle changes that are profound and long lasting. Over 10 years of medical research has demonstrated the effectiveness of this program. Participants learn to take control of their own stress levels and increase their quality of life. |
