The weekly Mindful Yoga class is designed to "recharge your batteries" so that you can return to work refreshed.

The focus of this class is building skills in stress reduction.
Using the "tools" of yoga, students create firm foundations
People of all shapes, sizes, ages, and flexibility levels are encouraged
to attend. It is a gentle class for all levels.
