The weekly Mindful Yoga class is designed to "recharge your batteries" so that you can return to work refreshed.

The focus of this class is building skills in stress reduction. Using the "tools" of yoga, students create firm foundations
for daily stress management, in addition to getting a good stretch.

People of all shapes, sizes, ages, and flexibility levels are encouraged to attend. It is a gentle class for all levels.

Mindful Yoga is on Tuesdays from 12pm to 1pm.

You are welcome to drop-in to class on any Tuesday at the NonProfit Center -89 South St. Boston MA 02111
The class fee is $10 to drop-in. And there is an option to buy a semester membership to reduce the class cost.
