How to start
Mindful Boston has four foundation-building classes. These courses are accessible to beginners. You can attend the foundation-building classes in any order that works for your schedule:
Community Meditation Night, a stand alone, free, drop-in intro class.
Meditation Toolbox Course, six weekly classes. A structured introductory course. Each class is 75 minutes.
Bypassing Burnout Workshop, a six-hour retreat day.

How to continue
Once you have introduced yourself to our studio by taking a foundational class, we then invite you to join our membership program. Membership includes regular community events for you to attend, plus online content as a support. We are creating a home base of practice. The intention is to integrate mindfulness practices in to your life in a sustainable, long-term way.
