The Mindful Boston classroom calendar is ruled by the seasonal flow of the city of Boston’s educational life.

It’s a continuous cycle of learning, growing, (sometimes stumbling), and then re-starting each semester.

Refer to the Almanac to understand the studio’s unique cyclical style of planning.

This Almanac Page acts as a form of compass for all scheduling at the Mindful Boston studio. Please download our google-calendar of schedule events and join us whenever you can.

Four natural seasons, and then the winter holiday season make up the five semesters of learning at Mindful Boston.

January- New Year’s resolutions.
Our studio offers New Year, New You workshops.

Spring - As the buds sprout, so do new programs at Mindful Boston. Our Meditation Summer Camp is the 2nd weekend of June.

Summer- Our Summer Summit is the 3rd Saturday in August. Our meditation teacher trainees graduate and everyone takes the retreat and/or vacation time they need.

Fall - back to school, back to learning.

Winter - Resources for deep rest and hibernation.

The studio planner helps us to stay on track. It’s our plan!

Each week has a theme to inspire all members of our studio, at every subscription tier.

The core training about living with the seasons.

The live webinar happens on the first Sunday of the month. Participate in the zoom call for free as part of the Guest Pass subscription at the studio.

Get enhanced support for learning mindfulness skills.

  • Initiating a topic:
    Session One— A 1-hour classroom, in-person.
    Topic chosen by participants.

  • Percolating:
    Session Two— A 30-minute group coaching call, via zoom. Following up and percolating upon the same topic that we initiated during session one.

  • Distilling:
    Session Three — A ten-minute self-directed online class.
    A recorded distillation of sessions one and two.
    These distillations are then also shared with the “Keep Going” calendar.
