Mindful Boston’s 101 “Getting Started” Course. What you’ll learn:

  • Using food as a metaphor, the course introduces the menu of services at the Mindful Boston studio

  • This course uses metaphors about cooking up the “ingredients” of your real life.

How do you blend in a little more rest… and how do you refrain from adding too much salty stress!

  • Mindful Boston is a studio that can be like a “teaching kitchen.” You can learn and grow along your fellow chefs-of-life!

After this course, you have options to join further classes and subscribe to the memberships.
