Mindful Boston’s 101 “Getting Started” Course. What you’ll learn:
-
Using food as a metaphor, the course introduces the menu of services at the Mindful Boston studio
-
This course uses metaphors about cooking up the “ingredients” of your real life.
How do you blend in a little more rest… and how do you refrain from adding too much salty stress!
-
Mindful Boston is a studio that can be like a “teaching kitchen.” You can learn and grow along your fellow chefs-of-life!
After this course, you have options to join further classes and subscribe to the memberships.
About Mindful Boston
As a studio for contemplative arts, Mindful Boston offers online and in-person learning for all levels from beginner through teacher-training.
For an intro to the studio, start with our “Getting Started” course.
For a gentle onramp to practice, go to the monthly calendar. It’s organized into a monthly “bookclub” format.
For autonomy, become a meditation teacher.
During the 12 months of the year, the calendar set is your guide to sticking with a practice. The free subscription includes regularly posted guided meditations and 30 minute webinars.
