History

Starting in 2009, brick & motor studio locations “Mindful Boston” and “Mindful Cambridge” began offering mindfulness education through our website.

Question

But… How to serve a wider audience of people interested in mindfulness for the health and wellness benefits???

Answer

Online classrooms, recorded audio, and zoom access to live meditation teachers!!!

— Recalibrate —

After the intensity of covid lockdown, the studio needed to reset. Resetting to zero and even recalibrating were key for the next steps.

And now, online world-wide membership programs take place under the “Mindful Beacon” name.

The Mindful Beacon radio programs and online studio hosts an updated subscription service for world-wide learning and growing.

Membership programs help with the maintenance and upkeep essential for succeeding with goals.

As a studio for contemplative arts, Mindful Beacon continues the traditions started with MindfulBoston and MindfulCambridge.

We still offer online and in-person learning for all levels from beginner through teacher-training.

During the 12 months of the year, the calendar set is your guide to sticking with a practice. The free subscription includes regularly posted guided meditations and 30 minute webinars.

Once you subscribe, you’ll get email reminders on Sundays.
