MBSR stands for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
This is the original 8-week course of study developed at the UMass medical school.
It’s the keystone of the MBZ1 training pathway.
If you have already taken MBSR, you know that it can change lives. It’s a great start. And then, to maintain a practice, more is needed.
This radio station and the podcasting studio were originally developed as an aftercare program for MBSR follow up.
And then it all blossomed into much more!
