Welcome and intros. Intention setting.
6:40pm-
Guided meditation with some silent spaces for writing. Guidance will be based on the intention that you voiced during the intro.
6:55pm- Wrap up and reflection
7:00pm- End

Intention:
This event is intended to be a gathering for experienced practitioners who are writing about an established meditation practice.
That means that #1- you already meditate.
And #2- either you do write about meditation, and/or you have been encouraged by your meditation students to write a blog or Substack for them.
If #1 and #2 don’t apply, there is another great option: please attend the monthly First Sunday webinar instead. We’re looking forward to seeing you on First Sundays!
