Slow-Flow Stretch,
for people who feel tired.
Low energy?
This gentle flow of movement and meditation can meet you there. These stretches are just the thing for getting more grounded and present, and maybe even relaxing some shoulder knots too.
This accessible form of movement can be done standing. You will have the option to be seated if you want/need. It’s totally fine to use a bench, yoga mat, or wheelchair during class.
But of course, you don’t need to bring anything, just come as you are.
Save the date: Sept 19th. Registration will be opened during July.
