Safety Tips

Do not meditate while driving!

Please do not use our radio station or any guided meditation audio while you are operating a vehicle or any machinery. All guided meditations are designed for sitting or lying down quietly in a safe non-moving location.


You can open your eyes at any time.

If mind racing gets too intense, or if you start to feel ungrounded, or even to feel disassociated, open your eyes. And perhaps choose to stop the meditation for this time.


Start slow.

Beginners can start with one meditation once per day or less. Each meditation should be under one hour. If you want to meditate for more than an hour, enroll in a meditation class in order to work with a meditation teacher.


Working with a certified teacher is always the safest.

4.

If you have a history with mental health concerns, make sure to talk to your therapist before starting meditation.

But for everybody, working with a certified meditation teacher is always the safest. Apps and the radio station are not enough for a holistic practice.
