Follow a fire alarm metaphor for building stress-resilient infrastructure. This is a course of study for “life-hacking” your inner alarms. Learn mindfulness tools for identifying false alarm triggers and counteracting anger and frustration.

Introducing relevant questions in person.
What is mindfulness? How do you use it?

Percolate The Ideas
Lab Work 1b: Unpacking Direct Experiences
Scheduled for 1 month after the workshop.
During the lab work call, we dive deeper into the topic.
30 minutes via zoom. -
Distill The Benefits
Module 1c: Problem-solving and process improvement
After the intro classroom and the lab work call, we then use the recorded modules to solve problems and improve the process of doing this work.

Mindfulness skills as a form of PPE: Personal Protection Equipment. Have mindfulness skills in your back pocket for the same reasons that you would wear steel-toed boots.

Gena Bean has been offering stress reduction, meditation, and yoga workshops at TSNE’s NonProfit Center since 2006.
This learning series is her first collaborative effort that includes input from a Fire Alarm Tech.
