Coaching is an excellent component of a Contemplative Arts training pathway towards healing, resilience and a satisfying life.

It’s the right time for coaching when:

  • When it becomes clear that there’s more than chasing after status and outward achievements, there’s an need to tend to the INNER life.

  • When there’s a need to grow into a bigger, more skillful, person in order to face significant life challenges.

  • When the chaos, fear, and aggression in our world becomes overwhelming, and there’s an urgency to become strong enough to counter it with groundedness, care, and compassion.

Format

At Mindful Boston, we’ve found that a three-month (quarterly) coaching contract creates a strong infrastructure.

Each month includes a 75-minute coaching practice lesson and a 30-minute zoom call. Meditations are customized for your situation, and recorded for you during your sessions.

That means that during each quarter, you will get 3 in-person coaching lessons, 3 zoom calls, and a curated list of relevant meditations to use going forward.
