Every day since March 2020, the At250 group has meet via zoom for ten minutes of reflective time together. You are welcome to join in.

It’s simply a daily moment for yourself. There’s a video with music. There’s familiar faces.
Many of the participants practice meditation in silence for the ten minutes, but it’s optional. Take the time for your own silent activities.

First Sundays Webinars

On the First Sunday of most months, At250 graciously hosts Mindful Boston to offer a classroom that we call the “One Quote” Bookclub.

During the course of a year, we usually offer about ten monthly guided meditations. During 2024, the quotes are from the book Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse.

28 days of mindfulness

From March 10th through April 7th 2024, the At250 group will be offering a free zoom journey of 28 days of mindful flow time with art collaborations.

The Mindful Boston studio will be offering 4 Tuesday Coaching Calls during that month of practice.

It’s very helpful to have regular check-ins during a deep dive.

Four Tuesdays 6pm to 6:30. March 12, March 19, March 26, and April 2nd.
Included with membership, or pay a la carte.
