As a subscriber, you will receive an email every Sunday with the latest free tools being used at our studio.
Descriptions of each of these tools are listed below.

Everyone everywhere deserves access to quality mindfulness instruction.

Mindful Boston’s Free Guest Pass is an open doorway to practice.

Simply submit your email address, and you will get a guest pass with access to the basics of practice at our studio. The free basics subscription include a course, and the meditation tools listed below.

At our studio, we have identified a number of tools that we have found essential. We share these tools freely in the Tier 1 “Guest Pass” subscription. They are: Sunday News, Guided Meditations, One-Quote-Bookclub Webinars, “Meditate-With-Me” referrals, Diary Journaling Pages, Studio Planner, and of course the Keep Going Calendar Course.

Free with Tier1
The Sunday News is a email reminder to practice. It goes out on Sunday in order to counteract the “Sunday sadness” that many people experience each week. Many times it includes links to guided audio meditations and other inspirations to do a practice along with the studio’s planner.

Practicing a guided meditation each month gives us a deeper sense of community with others.
The Tier1 Free Guest Pass gives you access to seasonal blogs of the audio produced for this current year.

Many of the classics can give wisdom with just a paragraph! Our monthly webinars focus on the tidbits of inspiration that can keep us going.

For 2024, these 101 Series webinars are working on quotes from the book Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse. Go to the calendar page to see the quote and register for the webinar each month. We will discuss how the quote relates to our current experiences.

Free with Tier1
There are organizations offering live meditations every day via online calls or videos. When it feels harder to sit on a cushion alone, having a “meditate with me” call can add a personal touch.

Mindful Boston has a referral page that lists different options for you to join.

Month learning modules are posted via our Tier 1 “Keep Going” Calendar. Each month, everyone at our studio gets access to these modules for refreshers.

The modules themselves are recorded during Tier 2 live classrooms. The classrooms and coaching sessions are considered the nurturing “Soup” that integrates mindful nourishment into our lives. Recordings are made metaphorically, to be like the “biscuits” that you have on the side of your soup. Fun, and helpful, but not a full meal.

If possible, please upgrade to Tier 2 so that you can participate live in the creation of the “soup” events.



On the second weekend of June, we have a weekend “summer camp for grownups.” It’s a two-night event in the Berkshire Mountains.

  • Friday campfire with marshmallows.

  • Saturday AM mindful labyrinth walk.

  • Saturday PM dance party!

Tier1 is invited, but you must pay the camp for your bunk bed and food.

Free with Tier1, attend a half-day event at the ocean.
On the 3rd Saturday of August, we gather on Cape Cod.

Our meditation teacher trainees graduate from their programs and everyone takes a moment to refresh and plan for next year’s almanac.

Some people need a retreat, some people need a vacation, some people want a day trip. All are welcome to meditate with us.

The mindfulness itself is free.    

Mindfulness and compassion are sister qualities of heart. Think about the idea of paying for compassion…  it doesn’t make a lot of sense. 

YET… The administration and coordination for studio classes is gruntwork.  The hours of preparation are gruntwork. Zoom fees and electricity and renting an office are all required infrastructure with costs.

Therefore, Mindful Boston has created an upgraded subscription program to help pay for the gruntwork and the infrastructure so that we can all keep doing this important work of keeping a studio open for each other.

Please upgrade your subscription for two reasons:

1) Keeping the studio doors open

2) Getting access to the full Living With The Seasons labwork with podcasts and live lessons.

As said above, our teachers have organize the school structure around Living With The Seasons as the keystone of our offerings.
If you subscribe to the free Guest Pass, it’s like auditing that course. You get only recorded modules.

If you upgrade to Tier 2, you can then take the full course.
You have access to Lab Work experiences and you get tickets to the four quarterly live sessions that happen each year.

Subscriptions at Mindful Boston are layered. The activities that are advertised as “free” have immense value!

If you have a Tier 2 subscription, it is highly recommended to engage in Tier 1 and layer Tier 2 learning on top of all studio activities.

The Soup Pot course format easily organizes everything you need to integrate mindful nourishment into your real life. An online resource only for members.

  • Group Coaching calls via zoom.

The free guest pass allows subscribers access to the current year of guided meditations only. As a Tier 2 member, you get access to the full archive of past years albums of guided meditations.

While everyone else get the Sunday News email reminder to practice, only Tier 2 subscribers also get the enhanced Thursday “Lab Notes” email.

This is the upgraded version of the “Keep Going” Calendar Course. It includes everything to keep you going, of course, plus access to live classrooms and lab work.

All membership Tiers have access

The Mindful Boston calendar is ruled by the seasonal flow of the city of Boston’s educational life. It’s a continuous cycle of learning, growing, (sometimes stumbling), and then re-starting each semester. We always refer to the studio’s Almanac Page for our unique cyclical style of planning.

Go to the Almanac for:

  • Four natural seasons, and then the December holidays make up our five semesters of learning at Mindful Boston

  • The studio planner helps us to stay on track. It’s our plan! Each week has a theme to inspire us.

  • The 101 series is our core training about living with (and meditating upon) the seasons.

    The number 101 indicates the Tier1 learning that is offered for free with your Guest Pass subscription. You will see it mentioned in our calendar and webinars to indicate that there are no prerequisites and no tuition fees.

Add-On Immersive TIER 3 Learning

Once you are engaging in your Tier2 subscription, you can sign up for additional immersion and intervention experiences like weekend retreats, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), and individual coaching.

  • Each Tier 3 experience has an additional tuition fee.

  • You must be enrolled in the Tier 2 Lab Work subscription before enrolling in Tier 3 learning.

Networking, continuing education, and peer support are essential in any industry. 
Mindful Boston has advanced memberships for aspiring teachers, and then also accomplished teachers too.
