The human nervous system is a bio-based alarm system that was designed to keep us alive. 

This course of study can be seen as “life-hacking” your inner alarms in order to identify the false alarm triggers and counteract anger and frustration. 

Following a fire alarm metaphor, this class introduces a stress-resilience infrastructure that can be enacted at home and at work.
